Shipping Information

No shipping November. 4-12. All packages will begin shipping on November, 13.

No refunds for packages delayed or not delivered on expected dates.

Thank you for your order! All orders are processed in the orders they are received. Orders with upgraded shipping will have priority processing but due to the handmade/made to order on some items there will still be a 1-3 day processing time.

    FREE SHIPPING - Spend $35 or more to receive free standard shipping (USPS First Class)

    Orders are processed in 2-3 business days with a 5-8 day estimated transit time.

    STANDARD SHIPPING - $4.50 USPS First Class Package

    Orders are processed in 2-3 business days with an estimated 5-8 day  transit time.

    PRIORITY MAIL UPGRADE - $10

    Orders are processed in 1-3 business days with an estimated 1-3 day transit time.

    UPS GROUND UPGRADE - $15

    Orders are processed in 1-3 business days with an estimated transit time of 2-4 days.

    EXPRESS 2-DAY - $25

    Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and estimated transit time is 1-2 days.

    **Large orders, custom orders and certain made to order items may not be eligible for priority processing. Please read item descriptions carefully or email if you have a question.

    **Please allow extra delivery time during holiday and busy periods (April-May and November-December).

    **Packages are shipped from Florida.

    Returns

    >>Returns are accepted on most items. Special orders, customized items and sale items are not returnable. Please email lindsaystreemdesigns@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery for authorization. A 20% restocking fee may be applied. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if items are returned in used or damaged condition. Keep in mind that most earrings are leather or fiber and will absorb odors such as perfume, incense, body care products and smoke.
    Unused condition means jewelry must be returned in original packaging (on ear cards, with plastic backings and in the box)

    >>Buyer assumes all charges for return shipping and will not be refunded until package has been received back. A prepaid return label can be provided and cost will be deducted from refund.

    >>Packages are not considered lost until at least 2 weeks after ship date for US and 30 days for international. We will work with you to locate your package at any time but no refunds or replacements will be shipped until after this time frame. (expedited and special services have varying delivery windows - please email with any question or concerns if shipping upgrades are purchased)

    >>Please be aware of certain weather conditions that may impact the delivery of your package. No refunds will be made for packages delayed by weather, ie. snow storms, hurricanes, etc.
